Who We Are

Jeremy House is the result of a belief that God is building His kingdom here. We are local faith-based community leaders in the Grand Valley following a call to provide a space for young men to succeed.

Jeremy House is what we hope for the future. We believe in our next generations. We believe they have the creativity, the faith, the smarts, the ability - to build stronger communities around them. This is 100 percent about them.

Through real relationships, we want to empower our young men to lives well-lived. The challenges of today are great. There’s no time to waste. We are all in this together, after all.

What We Believe

  • We believe in one God, manifesting himself in three persons as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe the Bible is the verbally inspired, inerrant Word of God. We believe in the creation and subsequent fall of man, with the result that he is unable to save himself and therefore needs a Savior. We believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the only Savior of men, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, fully God and fully man. Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again according to the Scriptures. Jesus finished work (His death, burial, resurrection, and ascension) reversed the curse concerning the spirit, soul, and body of the first man Adam. He is the only way to the Father, the only valid door and entry into the realm of the spirit. We believe one must be born again to see and enter the Kingdom of God. This initial salvation of sinners is by grace through faith in the perfect and all-sufficient finished work of Jesus Christ.

We believe the conversion experience should be followed by water baptism in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe in often observing the ordinance of the Lord’s Super. We believe that Sanctification is progressive in nature: First, from the time of conversion, God sets the believer apart; then the believer sets himself apart. We believe healing for man’s mind, spirit and body were provided for in the New Covenant.

We believe the fruit of the Spirit is the divine nature and character of the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the pattern Son for every believer. We believe that all authority centers in Jesus Christ. We believe God’s judgements are present, past and future. We shall stand in judgement and every man shall give an account of himself on that day. We believe that resurrection is past, present and future. Our soul is being transformed, our minds renewed, from glory to glory by the Spirit of the Lord; our mortal bodies are being made alive by the same Spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead.

  • My name is Mike Clark and I'm one of the directors on the board for Jeremy House.

I was introduced to Vic Stinemetze, through a mutual acquaintance. In my meetings with Vic, I learned about the concept behind Jeremy House, and saw the opportunity to volunteer my time to help these young men in the program, develop financial literacy, and become the stewards God intended. In subsequent meetings with Vic, I learned of an opening on their Board of Directors. Having served for six years as a board member on the Kremmling Fire Protection District, overseeing an annual budget of $450,000 in taxpayer funding, I felt that I could bring that experience to the Board of Directors at Jeremy House.

Because I believe in their mission, I feel honored to donate my time to this endeavor.
